Mini Miral ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based baby product store. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and all customers who purchase products from us.

Our website is intended for customers located in the United Kingdom. If you access our site from outside the UK, you are responsible for complying with local laws where they apply.

2. Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms.

3. Product information

• We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate; however, minor variations may occur (for example, in colour or packaging).
• All sizes, age ranges and usage guidelines are approximate and for general guidance only. Please always follow the safety and care instructions on the product packaging.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or change products at any time without notice.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket in accordance with these terms.

• We will send you an email acknowledging your order – this is not acceptance of your order.
• Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation email. At this point a contract is formed between you and us.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, we cannot obtain payment, or we suspect fraud). If payment has already been taken, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
• We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
• We take reasonable care to keep payment details secure but cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

6. Delivery

• We deliver to UK addresses only (unless otherwise stated on our website).
• Delivery times and options will be shown at checkout. These are estimates and not guaranteed; delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside our control.
• Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address you provide. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

7. Returns, refunds and your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

• You may have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving the products. Some items may be excluded for hygiene reasons if they have been opened or used (for example, certain baby care items).
• Products must normally be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, unless they are faulty or not as described.

8. Promotions and discount codes

• Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:
  • cannot be used in conjunction with other offers;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash; and
  • may have a start and end date, and can be withdrawn at our discretion.

If we make significant changes and you have an existing order with us, the terms that applied when you placed your order will continue to apply to that order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If we are unable to resolve any dispute with you directly, you may be able to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. Details of any applicable ADR provider will be provided where required by law.
